Will you Break or McBreak? This was the concept behind a makeup we had to create for an online McDonalds commercial. The brief was to make an contestant into a marble angel.
We used a real cloth dress and used a special plastic to stiffen the textile into a rubbery suit that could be worn by our contestant. A foam latex “wig” was used to make his hair into a stylized marble curl. Store-bought plastic wings where added and the contestant was painted with PAX paint and airbrushed in the same color-scheme as the suit to create a very believable marble angel.
